I recently stayed at Villa Silk Road for a few nights during my travels in Cambodia. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed with nice touches and colors. I especially loved the spacious balcony in our family room, where we enjoyed the evenings with a nice breeze and the sounds of the city. The location was also great, with the Central Market, riverfront, Royal Palace, and National Museum all within short walking distances. The a la carte breakfast menu was a delicious bonus.

The hotel can improve its maintenance and renovation to meet the level of a four-star rating.

Spent my Christmas week in this boutique hotel and it was a great experience. the staff was amazing and always had a smile on their faces. the food was delicious and the French Chef really knows how to cook. the hotel is in a great location, near key attractions like the Royal Palace and Central Market. the swimming pool was the best aspect, very big and clean.

The room itself was quite small and there was no space to put your luggage or other belongings. the bathroom needed an upgrade and the shower water went everywhere.

A delightful surprise at Villa Silk Road Hotel! The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, especially the freshly made juices. The staff were always there to lend a helping hand, and the unique and well-thought-out design of the hotel added a special touch to our stay. Despite the slight disappointment with the price and the owner's lack of interaction, we still had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location and Delicious Food

During our city trip, we stayed at a hotel that had a very convenient location. It was just a short walk to all the major attractions and we could easily find a tuk-tuk outside. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the local dishes offered. the hotel restaurant had a good variety of food to choose from.

The service at the hotel wasn't very good, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping us with our concerns. The rooms were also quite small and cramped, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
